Public Notice of Financial Statements (Summary of Balance Sheet)
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 440, paragraph 3 of the Companies Act (pursuant to the provisions of Article 283, paragraph 5 of the Commercial Code prior to 2006), the Company posts its balance sheet in lieu of the public notice provided for in paragraph 2 of the same Article.

*Starting from the 50th Fiscal Term (Fiscal year ended March 31, 2013), the Company posts the summary of its balance sheet in the official gazette.
